About Me
I came across sound healing whilst living in Bali and looking for ways to help my son navigate his sensitivity to his surroundings. Not only did sound help my son in so many ways, it also had a huge impact on my own healing and gave me access to hidden parts of myself that were inhibiting me from expressing myself freely. Prior to this I was using alcohol to boost my confidence and felt stuck in an endless cycle of ups and downs. Something amazing happens when you discover and unblock negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that get embedded into our psyche from our upbringing and our culture and I am excited to share this with as many people as I can.
